I'm definitely impressed with your intiative. You should have some great material for essays and the application.
I always suggest being honest in your goals. If you are honest about wanting to pursue social enterprise (and it sounds like you are passionate about it) then you should definitely present that goal. Passion comes through in essays, and picking a goal that you are sincerely devoted to will only help you.
