The average GMAT score for the program is 695. So your overall 695 score is fine, but your current quant. score is low, but not a deal breaker. It is in the low 60%, when ideally a school would prefer an 80+%. Make sure to emphasize your quantitative proficiency (academically and professionally) in the optional essay. I would not concern yourself with the verbal on a retake. If you were to improve your quant. say 10%, but your verbal decreased, the school would still consider you as having a higher quantitative proficiency.
Good luck,
