GMAT PLUS tests

Does anyone know whether these tests are good material to practice? Questions seem to be easier than official gmat prep tests or Manhattan gmat tests.

The only GMAT Plus I know about was sued by GMAC several years ago for distributing 'live' questions. GMAC won, and GMAT Plus shut down. To be avoided.
