I am planning to apply in ISB and SP Jain PGPM program for 2012 class. Can anyone, who have first hand experience, evaluate my profile and put forward some suggestion which can help in my self-evaluation. I also like to hear about other MBA options I can go for.

Work exp: 6.5 years in IT
Current role: Business analyst
Onsite exposure: 3 years in client-facing position(US); currently in US
GMAT score: 710
Ed qualification: B.Tech (Comp sc & Engg), MS (Software engg) - I did my MS from BITS Pilani while working

Percentage:
MS: 79%
B.Tech: 84%
HS: 87%
Class X: 90%

Work profile:
Worked primarily in banking, to be specific credit card domain in most of my tenure. Have experience managing a team size upto 14 members.

Extracurricular activity:
part of cultural committes in school reunion and in college fest. Organized cultural events among Indians in US.
Have a naional prize in an essay competition while in class XI.

I see one disadvantage for mine is I was never associated with any NGO etc; so don't have an experience of extra-curricular activity in large scale; is it going to hamper my chance?

Thanks,
Rittick

well it's tough to evaluate ones profile without knowing what he/she plans on doing post-mba.
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.
