Has anyone found there to be an actual correlation between GMAT score and performance at B-School? I have just finished my 1st year of an MBA and I found there to be absolutely no correlation between person's GMAT score and their academic performance at B-School. Why are we even taking these tests? It clearly doesn't measure anything! I found persons undergrad GPA to be a strong predictor of the student's success academically, but GMAT is just not a predictor at all. Mind you, these are just my observations. Anyone with similar, or perhaps different, observations?
