This seems to be a different Question ! Whats the source?
Anyways to answer this u need to concentrate on killer blizzards wrack the East Coast which is non underlined. So we need to choose that options which sets other disaster parallel to this. That is in option C

killer blizzards wrack the East Coast should be
killer blizzards along the East Coast if required to set as per option A
the East coast' blizzards if required to set as per option B
D option in itself is incorrect because the elements in the list within are not parallel.
E same for E. Cannot be made parallel to non-unerlined part.

C) tornadoes trouble the Midwest || hurricanes plague the South || earthquake disturb the West Coast || blizzards wrack the East Coast

What's the source?

Thanks

Not weird, I would say but tricky one... IMO C, clearly looking at the "killer blizzards wrack the East Coast. " will help to eliminate other options
I am not an Expert, please feel free to suggest if there is an error.

I thought it was A.

I have eliminated C thinking that it doesn't agree in Subject-Verb number. Please correct me If I am wrong.
C tornadoes trouble the Midwest, hurricanes plague the South, earthquake disturb the West
Coast

"earthquakes disturb" vs "earthquake disturb"

Like g.shankaran has posted, in option C, Subject-Verb agreement flaw is evident. Considering this, the best option that I can see is A.

Can anyone give expert opinion?

'earthquake disturb' ????

Doesnt sound right to me!
