I don't think we could find a list of schools in that manner. I guess you need to check the schools individually where you're applying.

I believe most B-schools ask for the recommendation letter as a filled-up questionnaire rather than a normal letter. Feel free to refute me if i'm wrong.

How do you find out what the schools that require an electronic submission ask? They usually just say to provide the recommender email and then they'll send a link to that person. It it possible to find out what they're asked for? Like HBS just says to provide the email addresses and I'm sure there are other like that. I just want to let my recommenders know in advance so that they don't get any surprises. Most of these guys are used to the old way of the normal letter.

For most schools I think you can't see the questions. But typically, the questions are along the lines of:

- What are the applicant's 3 strengths
- What are the applicant's 3 weaknesses
- What could s/he improve
- How does the applicant compare to his peers

Then there could be some rating matrix, e.g. on leadership, analytical skills etc...

Each business school will have different questions, so it won't be possible to have a 1 size fits all rec letter. Also make sure you pick recommenders who will put in some effort. A poor recommendation (e.g. spelling mistakes, not answering the questions properly) will reflect bad on your candidacy. Some more info:
