The correct idiom is "forbid X to do Y"

A, B and E are all ruled out.

Between C and D:

D has a very awkward construction. "forbid to state and local the raising of..."

C is grammatically correct: legislation that for the next 3 years forbids the govts to raise taxes.

we are like INJURED LIONS....!

GMAT is like sharp shooter...n it put the bullet in stomack....

we dont need to do 100's of sums daily...

only point is that we need to choose few gud ques.. let say 25 regularly... n workout on giving ans quickly...

it wud be GREAT to give 5-6 correct ans out of 10 if we cud ans them in 70 sec as compare to give 8-9 correct ans if we are answering them in 130 sec each...

dont knw much... am a big failure... i only remember one line, wch is written in all GYMS around the word.....

WINNERS NEVER QUIT...

AND

QUITTERS NEVER WIN...!!!
