My Thoughts
I have an interesting story to tell. Neither of my parents went to college, and my father passed away suddenly last year. I have more life experience (own a house, moved to Washington DC to spread my wings, buried a parent) than loads of people a decade older than myself. I am a white male and will be twenty four years old in January.
My work experience (3 years at time of enrollment) is perhaps below average, but it has been intense. I have been to clients all over the country and have seen two completely different consulting fields while at Sogeti and Deloitte. In another year or two I will add more items to the list of things I have experienced but they chances of me actually moving into a management position are basically zero. I think I would gain more by moving on to an MBA than waiting in line to become a manager at a big four firm.
Please let me know your thoughts on how realistic getting into Harvard would be and what, if any, admissions consulting you would recommend.
THANKS!
