Can somebody explain me the difference in usage between "worried about " and "worried Over" ?

Even I have the same question. Manhattan guide of sentence correction says that "worried over" is a worng usage. I want to know whether the rule is universal or contextual. If contextual, can somebody please elaborate with relevant examples?
