Lowwer chances of admit by applying in 2 consecutive yrs?

I did not get my target GMAT score this year, but I still want to apply to 3/8 the colleges I had shortlisted for fall 2013. Now let's say I do not get in any of the colleges for fall 2013. Does this decrease my chances of getting an admit to the same 3 colleges if I apply for fall 2014?

Depends on the school, but typically reapplicant acceptance rates are higher than first time applicants.
