C) There is increasing interest in superiority of weaponry and firepower in relation to prior interest in superiority of manpower. ---
I think Option C is wrong because argument says - trained soldiers are needed to use superior weapons.

E)Military experts are becoming more interested in our soldiers' holding strategic weapons than in their holding strategic positions.

Option E seems better as soldiers should hold strategic weapons is more important than positions .

Please suggest.

C: Option C reflects the shrinking of resources(soldiers) in favor of advanced weaponry:
40 reduced to only 2; larger ones reduced to only a few.

E: The passage only mentioned "positions" - not "strategic positions or "strategic weapons"
Also, E does not highlight the drastic reduction of resources in favor of better weaponry.


The correct choice MUST be 100% fail-proof.

Can someone please explain why B is wrong.
The number of soldiers is decreasing. It is also mentioned that laser technicians sitting at a great distance can handle warfare.
