Hi Sid,
Can you tell us more about your background - particularly your work experience and post-MBA interests. Would you consider retaking the GMAT test? I am assuming you are an applicant from India. If so, unfortunately that applicant pool is ultra competitive and therefore you might need a higher GMAT score to qualify for a good (but not top tier) school. Also, would you consider a part-time program?

Siddarth,

I think another important question you need to ask yourself is why you want an MBA. Are you interested in Marketing, Finance, Management, or a general overview? Different programs have different strengths, and you should find the one that best suits your background and goals.

I actually used the US News and World Report rankings to figure out where I wanted to apply. Babson was #1 in entrepreneurship, and Wharton was #2, so I applied to those schools. The magazine will also give you breakdowns of average GMAT and average undergraduate GPA for admitted students, so it will let you know where your application will be competitive.

Best wishes,

Tatiana
