I agree to Cans...
I also want to choose C.

Reason to choose: A year's advantage works as a subject.....only a subject will allow the use of Can

The best choice would have been the advantage of one year....unfortunately it is not present...


Reason to negate D: To introduce......can....Where is the subject?

I really need help on this one.
