Awkward

B) subsidiary, from which it plans to use money
It has no clear reference

C) subsidiary, and it plans the use of money from that

Wordy and redundant.

D) subsidiary and plans to use money from that sale
Plans parallel to sell and that has a clear antecedent.

Can anyone throw some light on this problem? From what I see, "sale" is not in the context of the presented sentence! Then how can we introduce something new?

I am getting more n more confused. Sometime GMAT allows to add words and sometimes it considers adding stuff as blasphemy! :oops: :evil:

I guess it's been a rough day!
