Hi,
I did BE with 73.38 % agg. marks from a state government funded engineering college.
but not sure howto convert it on the scale of 4 . looked on internet but the sources vary .. from 2.8 to 3.3 on the scale of 4.
any expert advice as where to look and consult would be appreciated .
