Can anyone explain why D is not correct?? Strict uniform code will create uniformity.The word uniformity is not the key consideration in the principal's decision.??

Please help me !!

Hey Soumita -- Not so much. The passage is pretty clear that the principal is looking to reduce gang-related violence. Minimizing the ability of gang members to show up as 'gang members' will help to reduce that violence. The passage is NOT about crushing creativity and independence.
