B actually changes the meaning. By using "and that" we separate the idea of social work education from a broad range of courses. B would say that MS. Abbott had two unrelated ideas: no apprenticeships and lots of courses. In fact, what she wanted was for social work education to be moved to the universities and away from apprenticeships because the universities could offer a broad range of courses related to social work.

1. Idiom: Convinced that
2. Dont use "should" when subjunctive that is used..(Most of the times should is incorrect)
3. university, where (not which /that - where is used for place modifier; that/which - people things)
