Hi all,

I have been following the blogs and people are doing great job.

I need some advice on the schools which i can apply....and how to make a strong case for my cadidature.
I am only looking for 1 year MBA course.

I have just taken the GMAT with 3 weeks of preparation..and scored 680 (Q 45, V 38).

Below is a brief snapshot on my profile...

i have 10 yrs of experience and sales (B2B) and operations. some people might recommend me for taking another shot....but i am not very sure...because getting leave will be tough with my curent responsibilities.

I am a mechanical engineer with 2 yrs regular MBA. i am looking forward for a 2015 batch.

Need your expert and inputs.

Hi login2kk,

I'm not sure if anyone in this forum should be recommending a program to you. Instead, you should think about what you WANT out of your MBA. What career path or industry to you want to work in? Once you've defined a 5 and 10 year goal, you can research the schools that would best help you achieve those goals. Certain schools/programs specialize in what you will be looking for, so you just have to find them.

As to the "strength" of your application, you might consider working with an Admissions Consultant. Many of them post in a separate Forum on this website, so you should post there.

I too am in the same position, really looking for some good MBA programs. I really don't mind if they are in India or abroad. Please help!

Hi jugal jain,

When evaluating MBA programs, you should ask yourself what you WANT out of your degree? What career path do you want to follow? What industry do you want to work in (or more specifically, what company do you want to work for)? Once you answer those questions, you'll be in a better position to find an MBA program that will help you to achieve those goals.
