Expecting training during early period of the job with 20 years of experience at other field is really a stretch.
Your case seems like a career shift.
I think you can opt for job profile where your entrepreneurial experience would be the added advantage.
Job profiles such as: starting up new branch office at new location/ new market for an established business. or setting up new business/ product.
I think your job seeking process's become easier because you know in which sector you want to head.
All the best.
