Write what the question tells you:
x*1/100 + y*2/100 + z*3/100 = (1.5/100)*(x+y+z)
y * 0.5/100 + z * 1.5/100 = x * 0.5/100
y + 3z=x

Is ans ia A.....
Method : X(1%) + Y(2%) + Z(3%) = (X+ Y+ Z)(1.5%)
solving this , we get 0.5X= 0.5Y + 1.5Z....

therefore ans is Y + 3Z........
