Both needs and,options C and E does it.
C is parrallel (contributed and extended)

Why not B here? it is also following the parellism u mentioned?

In B -> contributed, extended and used are three things. We can't use 'both' for 3 things.

What a stupid I'm to ask this foolish question......Thanks Frank...I had overseen that.......
