Help with registration

I am trying to register for a test date. But my registration stopped after "verify your profile" - after I submitted the information, it asked for a review and final confirmation but after that it said your account is not yet created; please come back after atleast 48 hours?

Is this normal? I want to book the 13th, so I am curious if it always takes this long for registration.
