Using the word bring proerly

Here they have given a correct example as
Take this package to the post office.

But just qurious .. isnt below a correct choice ?
Bring this package to the post office.
Above sentence may be used in telephone conversation Mr A asking Mr B to bring certain package with him to post office ( Mr A also reaching there )

However the sentence
Take this package to the post office.
Is also correct "Mr A staying back and asking Mr B to take the package with him"

Are both correct ?

The difference between 'bring' and 'take' has to do with the location of the speaker. If he is at the post office, he should say "bring it [to me] at the post office." If he is not at the post office, he should say, "take it to the post office."
