I think the OG13 is a pretty good representation of the relative frequencies of various math topics.
The attached Improvement Chart categorizes all of the math questions in the OG13 so you can see those frequencies.

Aside: The Improvement Chart will also help you identify your areas of weakness as you work through the OG13.
