Do B-Schools consider the latest or the best GMAT score

Hi,
I want to know if the business schools consider the latest or the best GMAT score. I gave GMAT today and though it is not very bad (700) but i am not satisfied and think that i can do better.

I am unable to decide if i should takr the test again to get a higher score or not?

If in case i do not get a score higher than 700 than and if business schools consider the latest score only than there might be an issue.

Please let me know how do business schools consider the multiple scores.
Especially if someone can guide me on specific colleges like IIMA, IIMB & IIMC in India, it will he very helpful.
