Hello all,

I am targeting to take the GMAT on August 2014.
Till now, I have 55 months of work experience in IT sector.
I would like to go for some good 1 year MBA program.

Could you please give me list of the good/best B-schools around the world:
1) in India
2) in US
3) non-US

I went through many of the forums, but still a bit confused, so would like to get a consolidated view from the experts ! :)

Thanks a lot in advance

Hello nayasnayas,
It depends upon the field in which you wish to pursue the MBA, based on your profile and scores.
1) ISB, Hyderabad
2) Almost all IIM's do provide 1 year MBA
3) Northwestern Kellogg's
4) Cornell (Johnson)
5) INSEAD
6) SPJAIN, TAPMI, XLRI, FMS, IIFT among other top B-schools in India.
7) IMD, Swtizerland
8) SDA, Bocconi
9) IE Business School, Spain
10) Oxford (Said)
11) HEC, Montreal

Please dig around the websites of individual schools and find out the criteria and foremost whether it has the subjects you are interested in and particularly why this ?

WHY this MBA program & school then comes WHAT are your expectations and later is WHERE do you see after this course.

Regards,
Tushar

Hello Tushar,

Thanks for information but i have explored individual college websites in India, majority of them require 5 years of experience.

So if this is the case do we have to wait till experience reaches 5 years or a candiadate who is having 4 years experience can go ahead and take the exam.

Atleast taking GMAT early would give you time to plan & prepare for your application process. Also, the B-schools consider few applicants with less exp but then it depends upon the profile, achievements and essays etc.. It varies from individual to individual.
