by iggy614 » Thu Jul 02, 2009 3:06 pm
i am preparing for the GMAT and have decided to register for a prep course.
i have heard that Manhattan Gmat and Veritas are two of the best companies. i am just wondering whether anyone has used any one of them before? any other companies you would recommend (kaplan)?

Totally biased here, but I can put in an honest plug for Veritas---all their instructors have actually scored in the 99th percentile on the GMAT themselves and have gone through strenuous teaching evaluations before being selected. Additionally, if you are not happy with your score, you can retake a Veritas class until you see the improvement you want. Note I am not a Veritas instructor, but I do work on the application consultant side of their company. I just happen to know a few of their instructors and can personally vouch for their approach and quality.
