It sounds like your preparation and hard work so far has been centered around OG12 problems... do you find yourself understanding what the strategy behind tackling these problems is? Try looking into theory books such as the other MGMAT's or Kaplan even (actually, in your situation, Kaplan seems like a better fit). Memorize and apply these principles to your problems to see if you can find a trend in the ones you are getting wrong.

It's also possible that you're feeling burnt out after working so tirelessly on math/OG12 while seeing no results. You also mention that you haven't touched RC yet.. try to find a happy medium between verbal and math in preparation - I found in my prep that switching between the two during a given day (perhaps 2 hours of one, 2 hours of the other) was quite refreshing and gave me new energy.

If you decide not to take the GMAT, don't be disappointed - after all, business school may be very appealing but there are other avenues in life which I'm sure you will excel greatly at.

Best of luck!
Work hard, play hard.

I definitely think that using something other than the OG guide to learn the material and strategies is helpful. I had spent a month or so doing OG problems and learned very little from it. I decided then to find other way since the information wasn't sticking. I'm using GMAT Manhattan books right now and find that most of the explanations give me a better understanding of the topics. Haven't tried kaplan so not sure how that is.

I haven't taken the test yet and am in a similar situation where my recent practice test didn't yield a good result. I'm sort of freaking out as well but figured I just have to keep studying. Hang in there and good luck.

Thanks for the replies
I have done all Manhattan books
I am hoping for a good strategy during the last few days

Also I think that if giving up was just an option then none of the people who have achieved would have achieved what they have so am not looking for another option.

If someone can suggest better stratgies that will help please
