Jury Duty

So I have a theoretical question for anyone that can answer. I recently got summoned for jury duty for a criminal case that would last at least a month, if not two. I wasn't chosen (thank GOD) but if I had and due to my civil obligations that were unforeseen before I scheduled my GMAT, would I have had to pay the $50 rescheduling fee? Or would the GMAC waive it?

Just curious for anyone who potentially may run into this predicament :D

Well that is a first!

I personally think GMAC would be obliged to reschedule your GMAT free of charge since it is a civic responsibility.
