On the GMAT, COMMA + VERBing refers to the SUBJECT of the preceding clause and serves to express an action or state-of-being that is PART OF THE PRECEDING ACTION OR STATE-OF-BEING.
Thus, in B, being seems to refer to Donald Trump, implying that DONALD TRUMP was BEING an introduction -- a nonsensical meaning.
Eliminate B.

In C, comprehensive introduction and an introduction to advanced negotiations are redundant.
Eliminate C.

in E, introduction and introduced are redundant.
Eliminate E.

The correct answer is D.

Out of curiosity, why can't the "advanced negotiation course" be designed for students?

Advanced negotiation course.
Here, it is unclear what is being modified by advanced.
Interpretation 1: a course about ADVANCED NEGOTIATION skills.
Interpretation 2: an ADVANCED COURSE about negotiation.
It must be clear what a modifier is modifying.
