Hi,
I am taking a recommendation from the technology manager of a client company. The interaction was of 6 months and I was leading the project. Fortunately or Unfortunately, there was no problem in project and things went very smooth.
So the questions are:
1) Will it be okay if he writes that in 6 months he did not observe any weakness.
2) He has given me 1-2 options. First is, during the initial requirement gathering that I did on behalf of my company, he feels that I was not able to open up in first 1-2 days. But later I did a great job. After that he can project something like, getting to a B-school he will face several such situation time and again. So, he will be able to deal in a better way.
Second option: Something like, during the design phase I was not open to major changes in work. But as per him they were necessary changes. But over the time I understood the importance and even apologized to him about it.
