I do not know how to solve this SC. Please, help!!!

With surface temperatures estimated at minus 230 degrees Farenheit, Jupiter's moon Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, and with 60 square miles of water thought to be frozen from top to bottom

Here, how i reduced it to A or B.

With surface temperatures estimated at minus 230 degrees Farenheit, Jupiter's moon Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, and with 60 square miles of water though to be frozen from top to bottom

A) Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, and with (ok to me)
B) Europa has long been considered far too cold to support life, its---? incomplete sentence
C) Europa has long been considered as far too cold to support life and has
D) Europa, long considered as far too cold to support life, and its
E) Europa, -----need a complete sentence----long considered to be far too cold to support life, and to have

IMO its A


considered is to be used alone not with "to be" or "as"

This leaves A or B

B doesn't sound right when read..incomplete

So A

Option A, has an abrupt second part "and with 60 square miles.."

Option B, second part lacks parallel structure

Option C, seems appropriate

Option D, Like option B, second part lacks parallel structure

Option E, is verbose
