B. demanding it to
C. and their demand to
D. who demanded that it should
E. who demanded it to

[spoiler]Is the sentence according to GMAT conventions??
OA D. I thought that GMAT doesn't prefer use of should with that[/spoiler]

Yes, this is a correct GMAT question.

A,B,C changes meaning indicating that management demanded, but that is not the case it is the "employees."

"employees demanded that" is the better form than "employees demanded it"


yes, generally, "should" is not used with "demanded that" --because it is understood. But having it in the sentence does not harm the logic of the sentence.

Example : I demanded that Ron be terminated from my office.

I demanded that Ron should be terminated from my office

both are correct.
