Hi Anand,

I believe the following are parallel
Z is More likely to do X than to do Y.
Z is More likely to do X than Y.

I doubt if this is parallel:
Z is More likely to do X than Z is Y.
Also, it sounds nonsensical.

Even if parallelism is not a problem, Another Problem with c Is conciseness I believe.
