The placements are guaranteed, and students are given special placement-oriented classes that help them pass the exam and interview. Now, coming to HR point of view, yes they do have 100% placement for those candidates who are eligible for placement and opted HR as an specialization. But in Mittal School Of Business, mostly Sales and Marketing specialization is preferred because of higher rate of packages and placements . Apart from this, they do have good placements in other specializations too but package is somehow low as compared to Sales and Marketing.
