Total radius = 2*pi*4 = 8*pi

Fraction of whole = (4*pi/3)/8*pi
= 1/6

Angle at centre = 60 degrees.

2 lengths are same (2 radii) therefore triangle formed is equilateral.
Length of RU = 4
