If the acceptance rates for foreign films match those for domestic films in each category yet a higher percentage of domestic films are accepted, it must be that a larger percentage of foreign films than domestic films are entered in categories in which the acceptance rate is low.

hi kevin,
when we say rate of acceptance , do we mean, total no. of foreign films accepted / total no. of foreign films submitted
or
total no. of foreign films accepted / total no. of films (foreign+ domestic)
I guess it is the first one.....In that case it would support E.
Pl. advise.
