Is 430 a complete bad score ?

Yesterday I got 430 score in GMAT...was planning to have Exec MBA from any normal (but decent) college in Inida or US.

The question that I have...

1. is there any hope on this score ..as I don't want to retake the exam

I don't think you can get into any accredited US MBA program with a 430. Minimum score is typically 500 for the decent schools. Not sure about India, but I doubt 430 is acceptable.
