Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and I am just beginning the process for getting a better GMAT score so that I can get into a top tier European School. Timeframe is hopefully end of 2015 or early 2016. I haven't done a whole lot of research into what programs are available and that is why I am coming here for advice. I am seeking a part-time business program so I can continue to work for my current employer since I am in International Sales anyway. I would consider quitting if necessary for a 12 month program, but would ideally like to stay with my current employer since they help with full tuition reimbursement. I would be open to exploring other options for work after a 12 month program but want to return to the US after school.

I want a european MBA because I think it would help fulfill my personal ambitions of being more of a global citizen, mixing with people from other cultures, gaining connections and getting to travel more through Europe. I don't know what schools are reasonable for me to get into and what programs are available that will help fulfill this desire. I want a top tier school so that it is recognized when I return to the states.

My Background

My Education:
3.3 GPA from James Madison University - Bus. Management major
Treasurer of a Fraternity - 1 year
Vice President of a Fraternity - 1 year
President of a Fraternity - 1 year
Active in community service and intramural sports

My Experience
3 years Event Software/Mobile App sales promoted twice, 3 month stay in New Delhi, India to help train/manage a sales team of 10 Part of Cvent as it went through the IPO process
6 months experience at Hobsons selling college and career readiness software to K-12 international High Schools
(this will be 1.5 years experience by the time I am interested in an MBA program)

I am basically starting up the international division for our Naviance software product and split the world as territory with one other guy, but I may be managing it solo as of Sept. 2014.

What programs are available from respected B-schools in Europe that are part time?
What does my GMAT need to be at in order to qualify for these programs?
What are some good top MBA full time programs that fit my background and what GMAT score do I need to get into these schools?

I am good at telling my story and think I can do well in any essay or interview setting. Any advice, general or specific is welcome.
