Given your age, you should not wait to apply if your goal is U.S. schools. Your GPA and career focus (and of course gender) are assets for you. You will also need a ~700+ GMAT score and as much leadership as you can show, but a Top 25 should certainly be doable. Feel free to send me your resume for a closer look: [email protected]

Working for a couple of more years will put you at an age where your chances start to diminish at some of the top schools. Corporate sustainability is a growing area and can be an attractive story/hook. Go for it.
