Hi All,

Could you all please help me outline a response to this issue?

"The primary responsibility of citizens is to obey their nation’s civil and criminal laws.

Discuss the extent...

I dont even have a clue to write this besides saying "I agree". Could someone let me know what points can I use to support or disagree with this issue please?
