Stmt 1 n could be 1, 2, 54
Stmt 2 n could be 3 or 6

1+2 doesn`t say much... Hence insuff

Should be E because when you consider

Stmt 2: N/3 = positive. With this statement, N can be 3 or any multiple of 3 greater than 4, therefore, Stmt 2 is insufficient

Stmt1: 3N = positive, could be any integer greater than 0 which makes N either less than or greater than 4 therefore, Stmt 1 is insufficient

Combining both statements, N can be either 3 or any value greater than 4, making C insufficient

E should be the answer
