also we know; M+F=GS;

From(1) : (33m+20f)/100 students have been transferred
Insufficient

From(2) : (m+f)25/100 students have been transferred
Insufficient

From (1) and (2): 33m+20f = 25(m+f) => 8m = 5f
So, fraction of males is = m/(m+f) = m/(m+8m/5)= 5/13
