Lust4life, generally we would not advise so. The most important thing for a reapplicant is to show progress since the original applicant -- it's not enough just to write better essays or explain yourself more eloquently in how you present your stories.

(Shameless self-promotion: We have a Reapplicant's Guide that walks you through the process of developing your pitch the second time through - check it out on our website here: https://www.essaysnark.com/ssguide/the-r ... ant-guide/ - we have plenty of other posts about reapplicant strategy too: https://www.essaysnark.com/candidate_type/reapplicant/ )

It often takes two times around the ferris wheel before a good candidate finds their bschool home, so don't give up!! If we can help, don't hesitate to ask.

As a rule of thumb you should be using new stories that show advancement in the professional, personal and community dimensions of your life.

However, if you omitted something important from your previous application then there could be instances that you might consider mentioning it. So, I would need to know more about your profile and omitted aspects of your background to give you better guidance.
