Na that's not great! Interview is required for everybody on the part-time program. You must be confusing me with the full-time program.

Kellogg is looking for you to convey how you solved your most difficult personal dilemma. It is not so much what the dilemma was, but how you solved it. How did you evaluate the problem? what steps did you take to resolve it? in reflecting on the dilemma now, would you have done anything differently? Spend some time to really think about your life--the dilemma could be either personal or professional.
