1-year MBA program from ISB

I am from Hyderabad, India and am planning to do MBA from ISB, India. It is a 1-year MBA program. I have decided to prepare for it but the cost of the course is like around 17 lacs. I want to know is it better to spend that much on ISB or to spend it on a foreign MBA?
