Your score of 690 and your GPA would qualify you for most of the top schools, but the fact that you don't have any work experience is a barrier for you. All schools prefer to see at least one or two years building your career before you apply. Some schools will accept applications from those in their final year of school, so you could look into these programs perhaps (Yale Silver Scholars and maybe HBS 2+2 - but it sounds like you may not qualify if you're coming out of a Master's program - check the requirements here: https://www.hbs.edu/mba/admissions/2+2/a ... ocess.html ). Some European schools are more open to younger candidates (Esade perhaps?). IE has the Young Talent Program.

Mostly the schools will be wondering why you need an MBA if you have just finished your dental studies. They may think that you've not done enough planning, if you're already thinking of going back to school instead of pursuing the career for which you've been educated. So you'll need to answer these angles for them when you develop your career goals.

As you probably know, all the schools get a lot of applicants from India, so you have a lot of competition. The good news is, they don't get many applicants who are dentists! So you will stand out from the crowd based on your educational background. It will be very important,however, to explain what you want to do with your career from here, with some good reasons behind the decisions you've made and the direction you've taken thus far. Sometimes it seems that people who appear to be perpetual students are just collecting degrees -- not saying that that's what you're doing!! But you'll need to be preemptive about informing the adcom how you got here and where you want to go next, and why.
