DS Median Question

What is the median number of employees assigned per project at a company?

(1) 25% of the projects have 4 or more employees per project
(2) 35% of the projects have 3 or more employees per project

I came across this question on the OG but I'm not happy with the explanation. Anyone care to give it a go?
