Area = basis * height

Basis= 5 sqrt(2)

Height: We can draw a line from B to the segment AD (perpendicalur to AD) --> this is the height. The triangle formed is a 45/45/90 triangle. Therefore, the height is 5.

Area = 5 sqrt(2) * 5 = 25 sqrt(2)
